Properly performing Pilates requires a coordination of breathing and movement which can be tricky at the beginning; one-on-one attention will insure that you master the discipline correctly to achieve optimal results.
While I teach group classes, my specialty is private instruction in your home, workplace, or at my studio.
Lunchtime Pilates classes are increasingly part of corporate wellness programs. The modest cost is abundantly repaid by the improved health and vitality of the participants.
